Lois Wies

Lois joined 5Star Life in 2024, bringing with her 25 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Focusing on high-growth companies, she has played a critical role in the program expansion of both start-up companies such as HorsePower Brands and established international enterprises such as the Arbor Day Foundation. As part of the executive team for Talent Plus, she developed a philosophy of managing change through the management of culture, developing their Singapore office, and consulting with multi-billion-dollar companies to forward the hiring and people-development strategies. Lois received her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Modern Languages from the University of Nebraska and holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Concordia University.
