Dan Ealy

Dan joined 5Star Life in 2016 initially focused on strategy, product and enrollment technology development. With nearly 20 years of experience working in the insurance industry, Dan has been responsible for leading strategic initiatives and business development efforts for both medical and voluntary benefit carriers. Previous experience includes 4 years as the founding partner of a leading employee benefit agency. Prior to that, Dan was selected to lead the business development efforts for the initial rollout of a new voluntary benefits portfolio at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. He resides in Indiana with his wife and three sons. Dan enjoys spending time with family, supporting the local Muscular Dystrophy Association and attending his kids sporting events.
